Ambrose Abayas is a premium abaya retailer operating in Kuwait with 10 physical store locations and online delivery to all GCC countries (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman).

2. Product Information

  • Every product on our website carries a unique SKU code. This code corresponds to the exact abaya available in our physical stores present this code to our in-store team to locate your item immediately.
  • Product images are as accurate as possible; minor color variations may occur due to display settings and fabric dye batches.
  • We reserve the right to remove or edit products without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability and our right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.
  • Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

  • Orders within Kuwait are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • GCC international deliveries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) typically take 5-10 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Alternatively, you may select in-store pickup at any of our 10 Kuwait locations using your SKU code.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Customized or embroidery-personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
