Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Items that have been altered, customized, or embroidered to order cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges
- You may exchange an item for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- In-store exchanges can be processed at any of our 10 Kuwait locations.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ambroseabaya@yahoo.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
